Course Objective

Within the scope of the course, the legislative and executive powers of the three powers in the US government structure will be covered. How these powers affect US society, culture and politics will be analyzed. Starting with the American Constitution, Turkish Political System will be compared.

2   Especially, legislative and executive branches will be examined
3   To understand the American Constitutional structure
4   To be able to compare American and Turkish political systems.
5   To be able to compare presidential and parliamentary systems

Explaining the topic to students through interactive presentations and supporting it with visual materials, followed by in-depth analysis of the topic through student discussions.
