Course Objective

To know the painting, sculpture and ceramic masters of contemporary Turkish art and their works, and evaluating various art groups like Solder Painters, Calli Generation, Independents, D Group

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1- Knows Solder Painter Generation and first women artists and their works, and major turning points like the opening of Archeology Museum and Academy of Fine Arts. 2   2- Knows 1914 Calli Generation, the Independent Painters and Sculptors Association, D Group, The New Ones, They and New Branch, and their works. 3   3- Know artist out of groups and their works. 4   4- Knows sculptors and ceramic artists and their works. 5   5- Evaluates today s Turkish Art and Artists.
