Course Objective

To understand the general framework of Turkish literature and literary works in this context consists of Turkish literature to introduce the cultural environments, with the adoption of Islamic culture in literature, and the work period on the basis of the changes to learning

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Pre-Islamic Turkish literature, and to gain knowledge about the works of this period
2   Being able to understand about The Science of Literature, history and method.
3   Being able to understand about writing skills importance in the history of turkish culture
4   Being able to explain the importance of common Islamic literature and its place in Turkish literature
5   Being able to understand the relationship between the occured Sufism and literature
6   Being able to evaluate X-XII. Century Turkısh literature's specialities according to areas and its personality, to label literature texts according to its types.
