Course Objective

The aim of these course is to learn about the reasons of addiction, types, treatment process, medical support and legal process, services to be provided within the scope of family support.

1   1. Explain the basic concepts of addiction,
2   2. Know the addictions and their types and evaluate their effects.
3   3. Describe the theories and interventions related to intervention to addiction.
4   4. Intervention to addiction can improve understanding of legal and ethical issues.
