Course Objective

It is to remember the normal structure and functions of female and male genital systems and urinary and endocrine systems and to comprehend the pathological mechanisms related to these systems.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Describe etiopathogenesis, explain the basic principles of diagnosis and treatment of major endocrine diseases
2   Describe etiopathogenesis, explain the basic principles of diagnosis and treatment of major nephrological diseases
3   Explain physiological mechanisms and normal features of pregnancy
4   Describe etiopathogenesis, explain the basic principles of diagnosis and treatment of major gynecological diseases
5   Describe etiopathogenesis, explain the basic principles of diagnosis and treatment of frequently encountered urological disorders
6   Learning the basic concepts of reproductive health, genetics and ethics
7   Learning the basic characteristics of HIV agent
8   Ability to insert a catheter

4 Introduction to the female genital system, acute and chronic renal failure

6 Urinary system, male genital system, urinary system tumor and non-tumor diseases, HIV

Assessment Criteria

In the first 3 years, the student success was evaluated on a yearly basis as an annual grade out of 100 points. The passing point of the period is determined as 60 (sixty).
