Course Objective |
Students will gain knowledge on a wide range of topics, from data collection and analysis techniques to probability theory and basic statistical tests, and will be able to critically interpret research results and shape clinical practice with evidence-based principles. They will also be able to follow current literature in the field of health, base their professional decisions on reliable data, and develop the skills to effectively use statistical methods in future clinical or academic studies. |

In the Critical Appraisal ÖÇM, students' access to scientific sources and their ability to evaluate research design and method are measured through a multiple-choice exam. The grade they receive in the exam contributes 5% to their success grade. |
Assessment Criteria |
In the Critical Appraisal ÖÇM Exam, the grade a student receives in the multiple choice exam contributes 5% to their end-of-year success grade. Students who do not take the exam are evaluated as having received a 0 from the exam. |
