Course Objective

Provide some information about financial markets and especially banking, and also the role and importance of money on the economy.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learns definition of Mmoney, historical development process, and properties.
2   Understand financial markets and especially banking sector economic importance.
3   Describe and explain the terms about banking sector.
4   Discuss the financial crises that effects banking sector.
5   Evaluate the main troubles of national economy.
6   Learn the monetary policies of central bank.

Evaluation of final grade is sum of 40 percent of midterm exam and 60 percent of final exam.
