Course Objective

To develop students' critical and analytical thinking skills, to ensure that they comprehend and use different techniques and to be able to solve problems in real life by thinking critically and analytically.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Student explains concepts of thinking, analytical thinking, critical thinking, qualified thinking and philosophical thinking.
2   Students know basic properties and criteria of critical and analytical thinking.
3   The student knows the stages of critical and analytical thinking.
4   Students understand the factors that affect critical and analytical thinking.
5   The student knows the obstacles in front of critical and analytical thinking.
6   The student distinguishes between critical and analytical thinking and non-thinking thinking.
7   Students know and apply critical and analytical thinking techniques.
8   The student can critically and analytically read, listen and write.
