ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHER EDUCATION (English)

Course Objective

this course, students are supposed to;
have knowledge of management concepts in the classroom and the learning and teaching environment; grasp The classroom management models and the properties of these models, social organization in the classroom as a teacher-student and student-student understand the inter-communication skills, required for effective classroom management skills, knowledge and equipment to understand what is going on, and the differences in the basic features of democratic and autocratic approaches to classroom management is to ensure understanding. .

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To compare approaches and philosophies based on classroom management.
2   Students develop effective strategies for changing student behavior
3   Ability of creating effective communication skills among students.
4   Develop the ability to manage of the class effectively as the legal manager of the class.
5   Realize the importance of classroom rules and process of developing classroom rules
6   Creating motivating factors and variables in the class
7   Ability to manage and prevent negative conditions in class, and manage to problem-solving process.
8   To create a healthy co-operation with parents and school environment.
