Course Objective

The course aims to:
-develop students' critical and analytical thinking skills,
-enable participants to understand and use different critical and analytical thinking techniques,
-help acquire the ability to solve real-world problems in order to think critically and analytically.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The student explains the concepts of reflection abilities, analytical thinking, critical thinking, qualitative thinking, and philosophical thinking.
2   The student knows the basic characteristics and criteria of critical and analytical thinking.
3   The student knows the stages of critical and analytical thinking.
4   The student understands the factors affecting critical and analytical thinking and its scope.
5   The student knows the obstacles to critical and analytical thinking.
6   The student distinguishes between critical and analytical thinking modes and non-critical thinking modes.
7   The student knows and applies critical and analytical thinking techniques.
8   The student can read, write, and listen in a critical and analytical manner.
