Course Objective

a) To describe the idea of drama, its evolution, and its history; to talk about the ideas, methods, and phases of psychodrama, creative drama, and pedagogical-educational drama; to describe the features of the drama group process and its potential applications in teaching and learning; and to illustrate these points with real-world examples.
b) To acquire the skill of developing examples related to drama applications in education.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1	1. Knowledge of the basic concepts of drama.
2	2. Understanding the development and history of drama.
3	3. Ability to explain the similarities and differences between pedagogical drama, creative drama, and theatre.
4	4. Knowledge of the characteristics of drama leadership and dramatist.
5	5. Ability to understand drama stages, techniques and components.
6	6. Knowledge of dramatic fiction components.
7	7. Ability to plan and implement creative drama as a method.
