Course Objective

Ability to define interpersonal communication, understand communication patterns and basic components, understand effective listening and feedback skills, discuss factors that hinder interpersonal communication, understand factors that facilitators of communication, explain the role of emotions in communication, recognize communication conflicts and discuss suggestions for solutions, understand student-teacher-parent communication.
