Course Objective

It aims to provide information about the use doses, ways of use, duration of action, advantages and disadvantages of general anesthetics in cats and dogs.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Gains knowledge about the indications of general anesthesia in cats and dogs and the anesthetic agents used.
2   Can apply general anesthesia techniques indicated in cats and dogs
3   Knows the problems that may occur during general anesthesia in cats and dogs and can take precautions.
4   Creates information and solution proposals on the subject.
5   Makes lectures/presentations and discusses at the level of expertise in professional environments related to his/her field.
