Course Objective

Students can study the history of the development of the course of medicinal plants, methods of work, object of research, classification and determination of the resource of useful plant-raw sources,compilation of areal maps,characterization of medicinal plants according to the active substances contained in them, etc.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The ability to recognize medicinal plants in their natural habitat
2   Doing research to be able to detect and combat diseases and pests that they may be exposed to when growing all kinds of medicinal plants
3   The ability to harvest medicinal and aromatic herbs
4   The possibility of drying and storing green harvested plants
5   The ability to obtain oil from medicinal and aromatic plants

5 Medicinal plants for liver, biliary, respiratory tract and other diseases.
6 Medicinal plants with a calming effect.
7 Medicinal plants used in rheumatism diseases.
8 Overview
9 Medicinal plants used for kidney and urinary tract diseases.
10 Characterization of medicinal plants according to the active substances contained in them.
11 Medicinal plants with flavonoids, organic acids, carbohydrates.
12 Medicinal plants with vitamins.
13 Medicinal plants with vaccine.
14 Medicinal plants with flavonoids, organic acids.
