Course Objective

The purpose of teaching Endocrinology is to provide students with knowledge about the anatomical-physiological structure of the endocrine glands, their influence on physiological processes in the body, diseases occurring during hypo-and hyper-function of the endocrine glands.

1   Endocrine system and its physiological regulator functions. The evolution of the endocrine system,
2   Hormones, general properties,
3   Anatomy and physiology of endocrine glands,
4   Disorders caused by hypo and hyperfunction of endocrine glands,
5   Gains knowledge about the etiology and pathogenesis of obesity.
