Course Objective

The objective of this course is to learn the main concepts, types, models and processes of innovation and knowledge management; to understand innovation as a manageable process and compose institutional innovation management structure in tourism industry; to select appropriate approach for a given innovation and knowledge management challenge in a tourism case and to find solutions to knowledge management problems in tourism cases and to know how to improve the process of the knowledge and innovation within tourism industry.
