Course Objective

In this course, the doctoral student in the thesis period will be able to convey his knowledge and experience in the scientific field in which he works in line with the project planned by the advisor; To be able to evaluate and discuss the results of advanced research and evidence-based practice, current information and new developments related to the thesis topic and to reflect them in scientific studies in line with ethical principles; It is aimed to be able to comprehend the interaction between the disciplines related to the field of Oncology Nursing and to transform the theoretical and applied knowledge at the level of expertise into behavior.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   He/she can use the information he/she has interpreted, developed and deepened in the field of Oncology Nursing in his scientific studies.
2   Philosophy of science of Oncology Nursing information used in his scientific studies; nursing concepts, theories and models; can analyze, synthesize and interpret with advanced research and other positive science field knowledge.
3   Define and interpret the problems related to Oncology Nursing and nursing education, and solve them using research methods in line with scientific and ethical values.
4   Uses critically evaluated information, research and evidence-based practice results while conducting advanced studies independently.
5   Transfer the current developments in the field of Oncology Nursing into practice.
6   Can write the knowledge gained in the field of specialization in the form of articles and reports and present it in scientific meetings.
