Course Objective

The objective of this course is to question the relationship between gender and social policies and to provide students the ability to evaluate from a gender equality perspective to the role of women in working life.

1   To explain place of women in society
2   Being able to analyze the social policies that enables the gender equality
3   To discuss social problems related with women
4   Being able to propose proposals that enables gender equality for woman in working life
5   Being able to analyse current problems in gender and social policy

1. Students are obligated to participate 70% of the lectures
2. All kinds of plagiarism and attempt of plagiarism shall be concluded by disciplinary punishment
3. Students supposed to read the materials before lecture and participate the classroom discussions
4. Students are expected to make presentations about the subjects given by the lecturer.
