Course Objective

To teach the general definitions, concepts and rules in TC Mining Law No. 3213

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To define mining and law terms in TC Mining Law 2   To specify the description and classifying of ores as mining law 3   To describe the mining activities related to prospecting and operating of ores as mining law 4   To define the observation and control of mining activities 5   To describe transactions related to the transfer, inheritance and abandonment of mines as mining law
