Course Objective

Introducing Medical Law conceptual and institutional frames of Medical Law, teaching the principles and rules of Medical Law in terms of Administrative Law and to show the implementation of its relationship with Human Rights Law

13 Responsibility of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Pharmacies and Its Effect on Responsibility of Administration
