Course Objective

The objective of this course is to discuss the process of personal health data during healthcare services, their protection and the legal ways of protecting personal health data.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1 Being able to distinguish the concepts of personal health data special personal data from other types of personal data
2   2 Being able to digest data proccessing during healthcare services
3   3 Being able to grasp the condtions for protection and eradication of personal health data
4   4 Being able to fully understand the national and international legal framework on protection of personal health data
5   5 Being able to evaluate the legal consequences of violation of personal health data rules
