Course Objective

It is aimed to teach basic concepts related to science, social science, law and philosophy of science. In addition, it is aimed to use the logic rules in accordance with the nature of the norm to be applied in the process of law by teaching the methods
of the shape and contextual analysis of legal norms.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to explain the concept of science.
2   To interpret the rules of law.
3   To apply the rules of logic.
4   To be able to analyze in logical consistency in law.
5   To be able to have an ethical sense of responsibility in law.

3 The concept of justice and its different meanings, - The relationship between right, law and justice - Types of right and subjects of right
4 Acquisition and loss of rights - Use of rights - Courthouse review assignment
5 Law rules and other rules of social order - Branches of law
6 Legal systems - Sources of positive law - Property and structure of legal rule
7 Midterm
8 Types of legal rules - Law making technique - Homework on the basic concepts of law
9 The meaning of legal practice - Application of law from the ground direction - Application of law from time to time
10 Application of law in terms of meaning (Comment) - Space Filling - Judge's discretion
11 Law enforcement and sanction types - Protection of rights
12 Conflict and dispute resolution methods - Freedom to seek rights and demand for legal protection
13 Judiciary - Homework of important cases in history, Types and features of judiciary - Judicial activity and judgment
14 Final exam
