Course Objective

In the context of the law methodology course, besides the basic concepts, it is aimed to explain the issues such as logic and law, interpretation in law, application of law, emptiness in law and the creation of law by the judge.

Week Subject Description 1 General information about the aim and content of the courseMethod, methodology concepts; 2 Defining science, scientific knowledge, social sciences and natural sciences 3 Defining the Concept of Law. 4 Discussion of the state of law, justice, equality, fairness and honesty. 5 Discussion of the science of law; Scientific research methods. 6 The difference of law from other regulatory norms. 7 The main areas of law 8 The Importance of the Rules Hierarchy. 9 Types and structure of legal norms. 10 The interaction of law with other disciplines 11 National and international nature of law. 12 Scientific ethics and plagiarism. 13 Discussion of the multidisciplinary structure of medical law. 14 General considerations.
