Course Objective |
In the field of international trade law, the states aim to establish the unification of the rules of substantive law. The UNIDROIT Principles was one one of the sources of law which was created for using in the international trade. The purpose of this course is to introduce the UNIDROIT principles and provide information on the implementation of these principles to international commercial contracts. |
