Course Objective

Those who want to work in the background in cinema and similar sectors
(in the production of a motion picture, television show, music video or commercial) to students
Designing the physical and visual parts of the production as required by the scenario will be to work in coordination with the director and the cinematographer, to use different technologies, to adapt to different areas and to develop his knowledge and skills by gaining the skill to work as a team and to take place in the right areas in the art of cinema and the sector, where the arts meet.

Course Contents

Week Subject Description
1 Week 1 Explaining the course content comprehensively and informing the student about the course content. Since the number of students is high, this period can often be extended by 1-2 weeks.
2 2 - 3 - 4 . Weeks Creating student projects based on case studies. Since the number of students is high, this period can often be extended by 1-2 weeks.
3 5 - 6 . Week Sharing the projects that students will submit during the term in the course Since the number of students is high, this period can often be extended by 1-2 weeks.
4 7 - 8 - 9 . weeks Approval of the scenarios of the projects of the students whose preliminary work is ready and starting the shooting The student, who gets the project approval, prepares the shooting team and equipment and starts shooting.
5 Weeks 10 - 11 - 12 - 13 Following the shoots according to the work schedule The student, who gets the project approval, prepares the shooting team and equipment and starts shooting.
6 14th week Delivery of completed projects Projects are brought by the determined deadline.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

After the Faculty Member approves the scenario, a parable study will be started with other students who want to support the project.
He will be directed to work on the scenario for the construction phase of the project. Technical equipment and technical materials will be approved. A shooting schedule will be created for the project implementation.
During the preliminary preparation of one of the film genres chosen for the student's midterm project, the methods of being a creative person who questions and researches life are taught, in order to carry out advanced research on the subject, to clear the prejudices of his life, to develop the project differently from the previous examples. .
