Course Objective

Global competition and technological change have primarily revealed the inadequacy of the internal business perspective and the necessity of new business management approaches based on the external environment of businesses. Based on this ongoing situation, the aim of the course is to help students equip themselves with versatile knowledge about strategic thinking and, as a result, current approaches and practices aimed at changing organizational structures, production environments, methods and management approaches in businesses, and to enable them to gain a different perspective. Current management approaches that are applied and can be applied in businesses in parallel with the increasing competitive conditions in the production and delivery of quality services for customer expectations in rapidly developing and changing industries will be examined.
