Course Objective

The aim of this course is to determine the contributions of rural tourism to the economy-employment, to give information about good practice examples of rural tourism in the world and in Türkiye, changes and developments in tourism, and to contribute to equipping students with sufficient knowledge and skills about rural tourism at the end of the course.

1   Will be able to define the concepts of rural tourism. 2   Will be able to comprehend rural tourism types. 3   Will be able to explain the benefits of rural tourism to the destination.
