Course Objective |
The course aims to examine revenue management practices in tourism businesses. Within the scope of the course, topics such as customer information, consumer behavior, market segmentation, demand forecasting methods, capacity utilization and pricing in hotel businesses and travel agency businesses will be examined within a theoretical framework. |
