Course Objective |
This course aims to transfer theoretical knowledge regarding the development of puppet theater, to show the technical possibilities of different types of puppets, comprehending the basic principles (technique, aesthetic, etc...) to be followed in the process of converting a puppet to a three-dimensional form, making applications for various types of puppets. |

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods |
Teach the Faculty members and students about the basic techniques and forms of puppet theater and let them make applications for these. Listens to student s proposals about how to play and put the applications on the stage. Canalizes them for solving the possible technical problems. |

At the Course evaluation phase, the participation of student to the lessons at theoretical courses; and preparation made by student before attending; will be considered. For courses where application projects are done; the rating will be made through preliminary research, creativity in designs, the good handling of the material and technical inventions. |
