Course Objective

It is to teach what winter sports are and what to pay attention to when doing winter sports. How to do such activities safely in nature and the technical knowledge that should be considered in these activities are taught.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Knows the original information based on the theoretical foundations of nature sports.
2   Knows and applies original knowledge based on the theoretical foundations of nature sports.
3   Knows the working methods that will enable them to acquire the original knowledge and skills of nature sports.
4   Knows and applies the behavior in nature.
5   Analyzes basic skiing techniques.

8 Snow plows and turns
9 Lift use

11 Side slip
12 Parallel shifts and turns
13 Reducing the Force from Snow; Ski Turn: Leg rotations
14 Harmony of Head and Lower Body Movements with the Rotation Phase
