Course Objective

It is targeted to learn the content and purposes of the rules concerning labour law by analyzing its concepts and regulations in a systematical method. In this manner, students may develop views and solutions on the application of labour law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to determine the content of the labour legislation and its international sources
2   To be able to explain the functions of labour law regulations
3   To be able to connect the rules of labour law with present cases
4   To be able to examine current applications of labour law and judicial decisions
5   To be able to evaluate new proposals concerning current regulations
