Course Objective

The aim of this course is to give detailed information to students about anesthesia and reanimation of animals.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students who take this course learn about the anesthesia and reanimation of animals.
2   Have the necessary knowledge to use the drugs and equipment used in anesthesia and reanimation in the most correct way according to animal species.
3   Students gain information about pre-anesthesia examination and pre-anesthesia practices.
4   Students learn about accidents and complications related to general anesthesia.
5   Students learn about local anesthesia, its methods and complications.
6   Students learn about cardiopulmonary reanimation and open and closed heart massage.
