Course Objective

Definition of pharmacology, drugs, physical, and chemical properties, preparation and composition to be, the amount used in treatment and shapes the body, entrance ways and pharmacokinetics, mode of action, the desired and undesired effects of drugs for a variety of system teaching purposes.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Definition of drugs, sources, classification, nomenclature, determination of dose and dose, treatment ındex, exclusiveness and originality, structure-activity relationship, medicinal plants and their use, the skin and mucosal ways to use drugs, parenteral ways to use pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs.
2   Receptor Types and affiliates, Dose, Density-Activity Relationships, Impact Strength, Interactions between drugs, the factors that influence of drugs, drug resistance and dependence, harmful effects of drugs.
3   The autonomic nervous system and the central nervous system and those systems that stimulate and depress drugs (analgesic, anesthetic, anticonvulsant drugs, etc.).
4   Drugs that inhibit coagulation and bleeding, relieve, and the use of drugs used for the treatment of anemia shapes.
5   The hypothalamus and pituitary hormones and hormones that affect fertility include.
6   Prostanoids, serotonin and antagonists, peptides, and usage.
