Course Objective

It is aimed to make students comprehend the basic principles in professional communication.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Knows basic communication principles
2   Explain the use of communication in organizations, different theories and perspectives.
3   Knows the rules governing human relations.
4   Explains the role of body language in communication.
5   Defines, knows and applies the relationships in business life.
6   Pays attention to basic rules in her/him communication with colleagues and animal owners.
7   Knows the principles of communication with animals in applications related to them.
