Course Objective |
This course aims to help to explain topics such as the use of ergogenic aids to increase athletic performance, classification of ergogenic aids (mechanical-biomechanical, chemical, pharmacological, psychological, nutritional aids), expected benefits, harmful effects, intake quantity; ergogenic aids functioning as doping materials. |
