Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide the information about principles, especially the processing of solid materials, design, manufacturing techniques, shaping principles for manufacturing

1   To have the information about principles, especially the processing of solid materials
2   To have the information about optimization and engineering applications
3   To have the information about simplicity of styling, material selection, design multi-functional elaments
4   To have the information about manufacturing design and applications of multi-plane material
5   To have the information about CAD / CAM systems, geometric modeling, computer graphics
6   To have the information about CAD and CAM integration, programming and production of parts of theoretical and practical implementation issues

1 Introduction of body and elements
2 Distribution of the control panel Introduction of the power units
3 Tool and track fastening systems Principles of programming
4 G codes, M codes, sub-programs
5 Terms of use Tooling and calculations Theoretical and practical training on machines
6 Introduction of AutoCAD, AutoCAD usage and operation systems, the World Coordinate System, User Coordinate System, Line, Erase, Rectangle, Object-catching features.
7 Offset, Trim, Extend commands make basic drawings, circle alternatives, Array, to describe characteristics of the Grid and Snap, Copy and Move commands, applications, expression characteristics of the object selection.
8 The three aspects work, explaining the logic of cross-section and aspect, examples of applications on the samples. Introduction to issues of Perspective, Perspective types and applications.
9 Perspective applications (continued). An introduction to the project, explaining the logic layer, layers, drawing creation, and project
10 Project Drawing (continued), writing on the Drawings, and their control, and applications to create the block. Scaling and control drawings. Print (Plot) and the subject of a retrospective narrative discussion of the problems.
11 3-D solid modeling applications, and other issues. Stairs Drawings (straight staircases and stair rotational)
12 The assignment of materials on three-dimensional models and monitoring of them, assignment of light on the models and monitoring of them.
