Course Objective

The objective of this course is to make students in the master program in the area gastronomy to collect information about current professional topics, and to make a literature review and prepare reports in order to make a synthesis of this information.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Make a literature review in the area of gastronomy and thesis subject.
2   Analyze, interpret and evaluate the information collected
3   Prepare a scientific report of the results reached.
4   Communicate the results reached to groups who are either from the same discipline or not.
5   To have the ability to solve a problem , consolidate, develop, implement and evaluate of the results about the thesis
6   The ability to solve the problems about thesis to using research methods, new approaches and taking responsibility for developing when facing applications
7   The written, oral and visual ability to transfer the current developments and works
