Course Objective

To increase general knowledge about health psychology and its fields of study.
To have knowledge about health service use
To have knowledge about psychoimmunology and protective factors
To have knowledge about healthy living and vital processes such as sexuality, exercise, pain, menopause and old age
To evaluate crisis situations related to diseases
To have knowledge about what happens in fatal diseases

2   2. To gain a perspective on health inequalities, access to health services and the patient-treatment team relationship from a health psychology perspective
3   3. To have knowledge about exercise, sexuality, pain, menopause and aging in the context of health psychology

5   5. To have knowledge about psychoimmunology and social support as a protective factor
6   6. To evaluate the experiences of individuals with terminal illnesses and their relatives in the context of health psychology
