Course Objective

The main objective of the course is to provide students with an understanding of financial management processes in hotel businesses and to provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage these processes effectively. Within the scope of the course, topics such as cost management, budgeting, revenue management, investment analyses and financial performance evaluation specific to hotel businesses are covered. In addition, strategies to increase profitability in hotel businesses, financial risk management and financial reporting processes are emphasised.
