Course Objective

The course aims to introduce the hidden women of history who have lived in these lands from the earliest known periods of Anatolian history until today, affecting civilizations and peoples.

1   To recognize the civilizations that existed in Anatolia
2   To analyze the position and role of women in Anatolian civilizations
3   To be able to explain the value given to women in Anatolian Turkish culture
4   Exploring the power of women to shape and influence history
5   To learn about the first successful women raised by the Republic
