Course Objective

To ensure that students develop their individual leadership skills regarding the dangers and risks they face in any event and to learn the necessary steps to prepare for a chaotic environment.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Recognizes and classifies groups according to their characteristics.
2   Evaluates the leadership styles of the managers he knows in a healthy way.
3   Understands leadership styles in sports and tries to apply them according to the environment.
4   Understands the concept of leadership.
5   Takes on leadership duties in group work.

Assessment Criteria

Meaningful learning of the basic concepts given in presentations, association of concepts with each other, establishing the cause-result relationships and making comments by using the information available for problems and evaluating idea generation are carried out with mid-term and final exams, active participation to the lecture, homework.
