Course Objective

The aim of the course is to introduce students to the basic concepts of banking law. Students are given basic and general information about frequently encountered issues in banking law practice, and an effort is made to prepare the infrastructure for students' future law courses.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understanding the difference between banking transactions law and banking law in an institutional sense.
2   To grasp the basic concepts of banking transactions law.
3   To be able to identify and qualify the relationship between the bank and the customer.
4   To learn the basic contracts that constitute the content of banking transactions law.
5   To identify the problem and apply the rules in disputes regarding banking transactions.
