Course Objective

To teach the terminology of international investment law, basic national and international resources and methods for resolving international investment disputes.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to define international investment law as a term.
2   to learn national and international investment conventions.
3   to compare the methods of international investment disputes.
4   to explain international investment dispute settlement
5   to inform about ICSID Convention and arbitration procedure.
