Course Objective

The aim of the course is to provide professional and social gains that will contribute to the personal development of students. In this context, it is aimed to give theoretical and practical information to students on personal development issues.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Structures the dynamics of time management.
2   Determines the methods of planning for the future and controls their goals.
3   Interpret the communication style revealed by different self-constructs.
4   Expresses effective sources in the motivation process.
5   Evaluates the basic concepts of time for personal development and self-expression.
6   Makes determinations about these elements in his/her own life.
7   Recognises stress sources and ways of coping with stress.
8   Demonstrates empathy and empathic behaviour.
9   Will be able to analyse the dynamics of emotional states that affect the development of the individual.
10   Interprets the communication style revealed by different self structures.
