Course Objective

The aim of the course is to provide students with an English introduction to the industrial engineering profession and its basic knowledge, and to introduce the department and the scope of industrial engineering applications.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to define the fundamental concepts of industrial engineering in English
2   Ability to identify different areas where industrial engineers can work in English
3   Ability to identify the types of technical and professional skills and tools required to solve industrial engineering problems in English
4   Ability to prepare a report and presentation related to industrial engineering topics in English
