Course Objective

This course aims to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure the effective and efficient execution of administrative processes in organizations and institutions. It covers topics such as the fundamental principles of administrative management, facility management processes, operational efficiency, resource management, occupational health and safety, cost control, and the use of technology.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To have knowledge of the administrative structures, organizational processes, and office management of organizations.
2   To have knowledge of the effective management and maintenance-repair processes of buildings, offices, and facilities and to develop sustainable management strategies.
3   To have knowledge of the effective management of financial resources and physical assets.
4   To ensure occupational health and safety in working environments, raise awareness of compliance with legal regulations and ethical principles, and gain insight into risk management.
5   To gain knowledge in digital management systems, automation solutions, smart building applications, and cost control through business process optimization.

Assessment Criteria

Midterm and Final Exams: Students will be evaluated through midterm and final exams containing both classical and multiple-choice questions, which will assess their knowledge of concepts and theories.

Participation and Attendance: Students' participation in class discussions and attendance will be used to evaluate their engagement with the course material and their contribution to class discussions.
