Course Objective |
This course aims to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure the effective and efficient execution of administrative processes in organizations and institutions. It covers topics such as the fundamental principles of administrative management, facility management processes, operational efficiency, resource management, occupational health and safety, cost control, and the use of technology. |
