Course Objective

To equip students with experience and skills in applying legal rules to concrete cases, resolving legal issues using appropriate methods, and justifying legal claims with proper reasoning.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to understand the concepts and institutions of different branches of law, as well as the relationships between these concepts and institutions.
2   Ability to identify the legal sources that may be applicable when evaluating legal issues.
3   Ability to apply methods of legal interpretation.
4   Ability to carry out legal subsumption by applying abstract legal rules to concrete cases.
5   Ability to conduct legal analysis with logical consistency.
6   Ability to explain how to conduct academic works in the field of law, such as scientific articles, theses, seminar papers, and commentaries.
