Course Objective

The purpose of the course is to combine theoretically explained legal issues with practical knowledge.

1   To see case file examples based on practice. 2   To correctly identify the disputed issues. 3   To determine a strategy regarding the disputed issue. 4   To determine alternative judicial tools. 5   To correctly apply the rules of trial to the case file as a party attorney and judge.
