Course Objective

To examine the national status and implementation of the ECHR and the impact of the judgments of the ECtHR on the domestic legal systems.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

The entegration of the ECHR into the national law: The Dutch model of constitutional recognition 8 8. The entegration of the ECHR into the national law: The Belgian model of judicial adoption 9 9.
