Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide a general view of international logistics and maritime transport within the framework of related legal norms and judicial decisions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Identifying the environment of logistics and maritime transport
2   Analyzing the environment of logistics and maritime transport within the framework of related legal norms
3   Attributing the application of national and international norms related with transport
4   Critizing the problems which arise during the application of legal norms of transport
5   Interpreting orally or writtenly the solutions regarding the legal problems arise in logistics and maritime transport
